Steven Fogarty

Steven Fogarty is currently the Vice President - Construction at Harsch Investment Properties where Steven has developed and renovated over 1,500,000 sf of retail, office, and industrial projects totaling over $250 million. Prior to their current role, Steven worked as a Senior Construction Manager at Skyline Construction and as a Director of Construction at Catellus Development Corporation. Steven also has experience as a Senior Construction Manager at Extended Stay Hotels, where Steven was responsible for the development and construction of lodging facilities during a national campaign. Steven holds a BS in Construction from Arizona State University.
