Adam Orendorz has over 15 years of experience in research and development, specializing in material and surface analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Research & Development and Head of Material Research & Laboratory at Schock GmbH since October 2018, Adam previously held leadership roles at Klüber Lubrication München SE & Co. KG, including Gruppenleiter Material- & Oberflächenanalytik, where responsibilities included personnel development and project management. Adam began a career in material and surface analysis at Freudenberg Forschungsdienste KG as a Project Manager. Academic credentials include a doctorate in natural sciences with a focus on physics from TU Kaiserslautern and a Diplom-Physiker degree from Universität Kaiserslautern.
