Olena Bezpala

Olena Bezpala (Chaikivska) currently serves as the Group Director of Finance and Reporting at Schoeller Allibert, overseeing Group FP&A, financial accounting, consolidation, reporting, and external audits since June 2023. Previously, Olena held the position of Director of External Reporting, Consolidation, and Corporate Accounting at VEON, where responsibilities included consolidating financial data for SEC and AFM reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Corp Control & Reporting at PepsiCo, Chief Finance Officer at ICON Private Equity, and Performance Improvement Senior Manager at PwC, along with foundational roles in an audit firm. Olena holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and is a Fellow member of ACCA, with additional credentials as a CFA Candidate in Level III and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Kiev National University.
