Jennifer Shields

Jennifer Shields has extensive experience in social work and technical support, with a primary focus on admissions coordination and case management in healthcare settings. Since November 2015, Jennifer has served as the Admissions Coordinator and Case Manager at Sacred Heart Home. Prior to this, Jennifer managed a caseload of residents at Schofield Residence and held similar roles at Greenfields Health and Rehabilitation, where key responsibilities included conducting assessments, discharge planning, and ensuring the needs and wishes of residents were met. Jennifer's early career included prominent technical support and training roles at companies such as KVS Information Systems and Softrek Corporation, showcasing skills in client relations and software training. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Buffalo State University, as well as certifications in networking and a degree in Advertising & Graphic Design from Genesee Community College.
