Farooq Zar is a Partner in the Commercial Property team at Schofield Sweeney Solicitors, where Farooq has been employed since July 2001. Specialising in all aspects of commercial property, Farooq focuses on secured lending, investment property acquisitions and disposals, and retail leases. Farooq has built a diverse client portfolio that includes individuals, owner-managed small to medium-sized businesses, schools transitioning to academies, banks, and large national organisations. Prior to this role, Farooq worked as a Legal Assistant at Hammond Suddards Edge from June 2000 to July 2001. Farooq completed education at Batley High School from 1989 to 1996.
