Joshua Reed

Joshua Reed has extensive experience in finance and executive leadership within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Board Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Scholar Rock since March 2021, Joshua Reed also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Omega Therapeutics from May 2022 to May 2024 and at Aldeyra Therapeutics from July 2018 to May 2022. Prior career roles include Vice President of Finance Operations for U.S. and Puerto Rico at Bristol Myers Squibb and various senior finance positions across multiple firms, including JPMorgan Chase and Credit Suisse. Joshua Reed earned an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.
