Leonard Zon

Leonard Zon's work experience includes founding various companies and holding prestigious academic positions. In 1993, they began working as a Principal Investigator at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Leonard went on to found Fate Therapeutics Inc in 2009, Scholar Rock in 2012, CAMP4 Therapeutics in 2016, Amagma Therapeutics in 2019, and Branch Biosciences in 2021. Additionally, they hold the role of Grousbeck Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.

Leonard Zon earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Muhlenberg College, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Thomas Jefferson University, attending from 1979 to 1983.
