Courtney Chang

Courtney Chang is a Senior Business Data Analyst at Scholarship America since December 2023, bringing extensive experience in stewardship and donor relations from previous roles at Berklee College of Music, including Interim Lead and Assistant Director. Courtney has also held positions at Boston Philharmonic Orchestra as a Crescendo Outreach Program Instructor and contributed to the Boston University Tanglewood Institute as a Development Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. In addition to performance roles with both the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and Shelter Music Boston, Courtney is a trained violinist with a Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance and a minor in Arts Leadership from Boston University, complemented by prior studies at the University of Delaware.
