Clara Guerrero

Clara Guerrero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and education. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director at Scholastic since September 2015, Clara leads a dynamic team of Education and Trade Consultants, along with Inside Sales Representatives, across diverse regions including India, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Puerto Rico. Under Clara's leadership, the team focuses on providing high-quality educational resources to support children and educators. Previously, as Latin America Sales Director at Scholastic, Clara achieved a remarkable 150% growth in sales of education products over four years through a customer-focused selling approach and implementation of Singapore Math programs. Clara's prior roles include Field Editor and Country Manager at Cambridge University Press from August 2009 to June 2015. Clara holds a Master's degree in Education from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a TEFL Specialization from Industrial de Santander, and a Cum Laude Bachelor's degree in Language Teaching from Universidad Industrial de Santander.
