Jerry Friends

Jerry Friends is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in project management and business operations across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Business Operations at Scholastic, Jerry is overseeing the implementation of the Firebrand Title Management platform. Prior to this role, Jerry was Director of Operations for K-12 at XanEdu, where effective project management strategies were developed to engage major school districts. Previous positions include managing operations and key accounts at Daifuku Airport Technologies, and directing publishing projects at Thomson-Shore, where Jerry significantly enhanced revenue and supply chain processes.
