Maarten Toorenaar

Maarten Toorenaar is an experienced project coordinator and manager with a diverse background in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Projectvoorbereider at Scholtens Groep since January 2022, Maarten is responsible for guiding projects through technical and process-oriented knowledge. In addition to this role, Maarten has been involved with M. Toorenaar Beheer B.V. since 2013, undertaking multiple positions, including project leader and construction advisor, focusing on housing and U-construction projects. Previous positions include Projectcoördinator at Niersman Bouw and Projectmanager Voorbereiding at Schouten Bouw & Ontwikkeling, demonstrating expertise in project coordination, management, and execution throughout all phases of the construction process. Maarten's educational background includes qualifications from HTI and MTS, complemented by project management training.
