Gregory Bialata has a strong background in safety and operations, as well as loss prevention management. Gregory started their career in 1994 at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they served as a Loss Prevention Manager for 17 years. In this role, they managed the loss prevention program for a large facility and was responsible for store management and incident reporting. In 2011, they transitioned to the School City of Hobart, where they became the Director of Safety and Operations. In this position, they oversaw the safety program for a school district and evaluated and recommended changes to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
Gregory Bialata's education history includes obtaining a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Indiana University Northwest, which they completed between 1999 and 2002.
