Leah MacKenzie

Leah Mackenzie is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager IT for Maple Ridge - Pitt Meadows School District No.42 since July 2023, Leah has previously held key positions at Burnaby School District - SD41, including Manager of Data Services and Manager of Client Services. As the Owner and Project Manager of Draper Creek Consulting from January 1997 to April 2020, Leah focused on software systems supporting K-12 education. Additional roles include Consultant with SD43 and Implementation Consultant for BCeSIS with the BC Ministry of Education. Leah began career at the BCSIS Consortium as Project Manager/Programmer and served as Systems Application Specialist at Surrey School District #36. Leah holds a Diploma of Technology in Management Information Systems and Services from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
