Christine Witzke has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in administrative and change management roles. Currently serving as a Clerical Assistant at School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) since October 2020, Christine previously worked as an Office Administrator for LandSea Camps from July 2018 to March 2020. Between August 2014 and November 2015, Christine held the position of Service Catalogue Manager at RSA, where responsibilities included building a new service catalog and implementing Propel. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Change Manager at Codan Forsikring from August 2000 to August 2014, overseeing change requests, coordinating key meetings, and maintaining change documentation. Christine also served as Change Manager at Danske Bank from September 1995 to August 2000. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Communication and Media Studies from Capilano University and a Datamatiker degree from Roskilde EDB Skole, along with a Higher Commercial Examination from Roskilde Handelsskole.

Nestled in the recreation-rich Sea to Sky corridor, just 45 minutes from Vancouver, our school district serves a population of 5,000 students. We are honoured to be teaching within a number of culturally vibrant communities, from Furry Creek to D'Arcy, including the main centres of Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. The District also serves six Aboriginal communities of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw, Lil'wat Nation, N'Quatqua, Samhquam Ucwalmicw, Skatin Nations, Xa'xtsa as well as the Metis, Inuit and Off-Reserve Aboriginal Nations.
