Shakia Martin

Shakia Martin currently serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at the School District of Lancaster, having assumed this role in February 2023. Prior to this position, Shakia held the role of Executive Assistant at the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster from June 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing schedules, communication, and staff training. Shakia has extensive experience in data management from previous roles at the School District of Lancaster, including as a Data Specialist for the Teen ELECT Parenting Program from December 2010 to July 2022, where data collection and communication with various stakeholders were key functions. Shakia also served as a Personal Care Paraprofessional and worked as a Membership Specialist for Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania, focusing on program implementation and volunteer management. Shakia holds a diploma from YTI Career Institute.
