Adam Northam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam has worked for The School District of Philadelphia as the Director of Internal Communications, where they oversee communication efforts within the organization. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager, managing field-based special operations projects and implementing training programs for employees. Adam also worked as a Senior Search Associate, overseeing a team of recruiters to hire non-instructional staff. Additionally, Adam has experience as the Owner/Photographer of Home & Away Photography, the Co-founder/Communications & Event Coordinator of Character University, and the Communication Manager for Denver Public Schools. Adam has also worked as a Professional Spokesperson/Trainer for Rachel's Challenge, traveling and speaking at schools and conferences.
