Quan T. Carr

Quan T. Carr, MS, currently serves as Climate Manager for The School District of Philadelphia since 2022 and has held the position of Lead Clinician at the Philadelphia Mental Health Center since November 2017. Quan T. Carr previously worked as a Child & Family/Adult Outpatient Therapist at WES Health Systems from June 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included conducting therapeutic assessments and employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Additional experience includes co-founding and serving as CFO/Treasurer of Destined 4 Greatness Inc. and working as a Behavior Health Worker at Dunbar Community Counseling Services. Earlier roles included positions as a Mental Health Therapist, Direct Support Professional, and Assistant Manager at various organizations. Quan T. Carr holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Virginia Union University.
