Heather Buerfeind

Heather Buerfeind is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and outreach. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher and Math and Science Teacher at Black Gold School Division since January 2020, Heather also works as a Tutor at School Is Easy Tutoring since December 2019. Heather held the position of Outreach Coordinator at Neil Squire Society from September 2022 to March 2024 and was a Science Instructor at Telus World of Science from March 2018 to August 2022. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Substitute Teacher at St Albert Public School District No. 5565 from September 2019 to September 2020. Heather holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alberta.
