Erika Bettencourt is an accomplished professional in the creative industry with extensive experience in resource management, recruitment, and education. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at the School of Visual Arts, Erika co-teaches a course focused on the business aspects of artistry, guiding students in résumé and portfolio preparation. Previous roles include Creative Recruiter at Brand New School, where Erika led full-cycle recruitment efforts and streamlined application processes, and Senior Resource Manager at BUCK, overseeing freelance and staff management for the Design team. Erika's background also encompasses significant positions at Edelman, Hornet, and as a freelance fabricator, contributing to a diverse skill set in talent management and creative production. Erika holds a BFA in Graphic and 3D Design from the School of Visual Arts.
