Michael Kaminski is an experienced professional in photography and digital media, currently serving as a faculty member in MPS Digital Photography at the School of Visual Arts since September 2019, where a comprehensive curriculum covering digital image capture and workflow is developed. Since April 2015, Michael has acted as a mentor for NYC SALT, encouraging students to pursue careers in the creative industry through photography and digital technology. Michael's role as a field producer with Cuba Workshops, LLC since March 2016 involves mentoring and guiding photo and video tours in Cuba. Additionally, Michael has held various positions in the advertising sector, including executive producer at JUICE Pharma Worldwide from January 2005 to April 2024, and director of production at B12 Studio until February 2024. Other engagements include consulting for Greater Than One in 2024, advising at Pratt Institute, and teaching for Brunch & Brand™. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from St. John's University and a diploma in Biology and Photography from Chaminade High School.
