Pinar Guvenc is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in design, education, and community development. As a Partner at SOUR since March 2015, Pinar focuses on addressing social and urban challenges through design. Involvement with Open Style Lab as a Board Member since 2017 highlights a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in fashion. Pinar serves as Adjunct Faculty at Parsons School of Design and Faculty at the School of Visual Arts, teaching courses on strategic design and inclusive practices. Additionally, Pinar advises businesses through the Pratt Center for Community Development and co-founded NYFU before its acquisition in 2015. Pinar holds advanced degrees in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University and Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, with further education from Harvard University.
