Kristin L. Guerrini, SHRM CP has extensive experience in the human resources field. Kristin L. began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Chick-fil-A. In 2007, they interned at Urology of Indiana in the Human Resources department. In 2009, they interned at the Muncie/Delaware Chamber of Commerce in the Human Resources department. In 2010, they were a Member Services Representative and Administrative Coordinator at USA Gymnastics. In 2012, they were a Recruiter at Robert Half. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Human Resources Generalist at TSC Apparel and ProFill Holdings. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager at School Outfitters. Since 2019, they have been the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission.

Kristin L. Guerrini has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ball State University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. In 2015, they obtained a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2019, they obtained a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn.
