Laurence Cruse

Laurence Cruse has a long history of working in various roles in the field of human resources. Laurence began their career in 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant for Hays. In 2012, they joined South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust, providing generalist HR support to the HR and executive teams. In 2013, they founded Slingshot, an online recruitment marketplace. In 2016, they became the Head of Talent Management at GYANA, a machine-learning based platform. Finally, in 2017, they became the Head of People (TechStars '18) at School Space, a company focused on education.

Laurence Cruse completed a BA (Hons) in Business Management & Economics from The Open University in 2014. Laurence also attended Bishops, Cape Town prior to that.
