Om'Eiza Bello has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Secondary School Teacher at Excellent Foundation College, where they taught students subject-specific material, learning strategies and social and citizenship skills, improved class and student behaviour by implementing management skills, and formed deep relationships with parents and students by utilising key communication skills in engaging groups through conferences, texts and phone calls. In 2019, they worked as a Telesales Specialist at OPay, where they contacted on average 80 potential customers per day to generate sales, consistently met/exceeded sales quotas by leveraging the benefits of all products, services, features, plans and current promotions to new and existing customers, and used strong influencing skills with customers to influence them to purchase the company's services and products. In 2021, they worked as a Student Voice Leader at Middlesex University. In 2022, they worked as a Community Leader at School Space, supervising a team of ten employees across four facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards, customer service and maintaining communication with the operations team, training employees in the company and regulatory compliance to promote excellent service, and gaining expert knowledge in the area of operation in terms of managing lettings across their cluster area, with a working knowledge of the rest of the company’s scope of operations. Om’Eiza also worked as a Brief Cases at The Heaven Company, where they demonstrated their problem-solving skills by developing an action plan that businesses can undertake to tackle the issue of plastic waste in Lagos, Nigeria.
Om'Eiza Bello holds a Master's degree in Global Governance and Sustainable Development from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Caleb University Lagos. In addition, they have obtained two additional certifications: the Emerging Professional Program from Middlesex University in July 2022 and Creating and Maintaining Social Enterprises from the Young African Leadership Initiative in May 2021.
