Cori Read

Cori Read is a Sales Development Consultant at Goodheart-Willcox since May 2023, contributing to the Career and Technical Education field. As a licensed Life Insurance Agent/Broker since February 2021, Cori has worked with several insurance carriers including SBLI, Assurity, Aetna, and AIG. Previously, Cori served as Regional Sales Director at Maps101, enhancing K-12 educational resources, and as Regional Sales Representative for ORIGO Education, focusing on elementary mathematics resources. Cori's background also includes health and wellness coaching with BrainGearz, as well as regional sales management roles at School Specialty and HORIZON FOODS. Early career experiences involved inside sales at Medtox Laboratories and teaching biology at Spearfish and Granite School Districts. Cori holds an MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, a Teacher Certification from Utah State University, and a BS in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
