Currently serving as a Strategic Partner at Schooley Mitchell since March 2015, Richard has previously held senior positions such as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at DSR Corporation and Chief Revenue Officer & Executive Vice President at ProLink Solutions. Additional leadership roles include Vice President & General Manager at 5 Point Enterprises, General Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Colorado, and President at LeaderQuest Inc. Richard's earlier career includes significant tenure at Avaya Inc. in various executive roles, as well as leadership positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
