Brittny Sparrow Noecker is an experienced educator and leader currently serving as an MTSS Coach at Pottstown School District since February 2024. With a strong background in educational facilitation, Brittny has worked as a Facilitator at SchoolKit since April 2020 and previously held roles such as Level V Leader at Rodan + Fields and Graduate Assistant at Alvernia University. Brittny's past experiences include positions as an Educator at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School, Professional Developer at Children's Literacy Initiative, ELA Coach at KIPP New Jersey, Assistant Principal and Fifth Grade Teacher at KIPP Philadelphia Schools, and Fifth Grade Literacy Teacher at Mastery Charter Schools. Brittny began a career in education as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Daniel Boone Area School District. Currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership at Alvernia University, Brittny also holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Muhlenberg College.
