Laura Rice

Laura Rice is the Program Director of the STEP Program at Schools for Children. Laura has been working in this position since December 2008. Prior to their current role, Laura was the Newton Public Schools from December 2008 to December 2010. Laura also worked as the Program Director-45 Day Assessment Program at Schools For Children Inc -Dearborn Academy from December 2005 to December 2008. Laura began their career as the Director of Student Services at Willow Hill School from December 2000 to December 2005.

Laura Rice has a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Boston College and a Masters in Social Work from Boston College.

They work with Bev Beno - CFO, Maridel Perdomo - Director, Winn Brook Extended Learning, and Rebecca Altepeter - Head of School, Dearborn Academy. Laura Rice reports to Paul Stein, Executive Director.
