Jamie Deno

Jamie Deno, CUDE, has extensive experience in the learning and development sector, particularly within SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union since June 1998. Jamie currently serves as the Manager of Learning Design & Technology, overseeing the implementation of organization-wide learning initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer, responsible for product training, and Instructional Designer, focused on culture training and online learning experiences. Jamie holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design & Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution. Additionally, Jamie has experience in customer service from earlier positions at Great Western Bank.
