William de Leon

William De Leon serves as the Senior Vice President of Branch Operations at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, a position held since April 2003, where responsibilities include strategic planning and process improvement for the branch office network. Previously, William held the role of Vice President of Branch Operations, overseeing multiple branches in Orange County. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Manager at Bank of America from February 1998 to April 2003, managing customer service and sales operations in a high-volume banking center. William holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, along with education from Cuna Management School.
