Dr. Emma Woodward FRSA is a seasoned expert in child psychology with extensive experience in mental health support and wellbeing initiatives. Since January 2017, Dr. Woodward has served as the Director of Psychological Services at The Child Psychology Service, a nationwide provider in New Zealand, and holds multiple roles, including Consultant Psychologist and Presenter at SchoolTV, and Clinical Director at the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing & Resilience. Additionally, Dr. Woodward is a Facilitator and Trainer at Compass Seminars NZ, and previously founded Psychology for Schools to enhance psychological support in educational settings. With background roles including Practice Leader at the Ministry of Education and Child and Educational Psychologist at Brighton and Hove City Council, Dr. Woodward possesses comprehensive knowledge in behaviour management, resilience, trauma, and emotional health. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Child, Educational and Community Psychology from Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex, among other recent certifications.
