Irene Mouchika has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, communications, and management. Irene started their career as a Teacher of English as a second language in 2010. Irene then transitioned to roles in digital communications, customer relations, and marketing at MARITOUR GROUP OF HOTELS and Advidi. In 2016, they joined Schoox, Inc., where they progressed from Customer Success Manager to Lead roles, focusing on building close client relationships and providing technical support. Irene has expertise in customer loyalty, event planning, content writing, and social media management.
Irene Mouchika completed their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from 2006 to 2011. Irene then pursued a Master of Science in Communication and Information Sciences at Tilburg University from 2013 to 2014.
