Kate Hays-Chatterson

Kate Hays-Chatterson currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Schoox, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kate worked as a Client Advocate at Absorb Software from June 2019 to April 2023. Kate's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Regulatory Compliance Association from January 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities encompassed supporting regulatory compliance professionals and fostering educational initiatives. Additionally, Kate was the Vice-Academic Dean at the College of Regulatory Compliance from January 2011 to November 2017, overseeing curriculum design and accreditation processes. Kate holds a Master's degree in Asset Management Compliance from the College of Regulatory Compliance and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
