Kyla Romero is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Operations Manager at Schoox since October 2021, having previously held the position of Customer Success Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes the role of Customer Success Manager at Fourth from April 2019 to October 2021, as well as serving as a Corporate Care Specialist at Grubhub for a brief period in early 2019. Kyla began a management career at Brinker International, where roles spanned from January 2007 to November 2018. Academically, Kyla holds a Master of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Occupational, Workforce, and Leadership Studies from Texas State University and has also pursued education at Louisiana State University.
