Lloyd Carper-Running

Lloyd Carper-Running is currently serving as Manager of Partner Success and Manager of Customer Support at Schoox, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this, Lloyd held multiple roles at Ultimate Software from August 2013 to December 2023, including People Success Manager, where responsibilities included motivating and coaching a Customer Success team, prioritizing work for customer satisfaction, and providing feedback for performance goals.
