Msre Jason Hempel

Jason Hempel, MSRE, AICP, currently serves as Acquisitions Manager at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc., where responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence oversight, and management of financial aspects in acquisition and development projects. Prior to this role, Jason was Vice President of Investment Sales at NAI Farbman, focusing on multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions and market research. Jason's career began as a City Planner for the City of Port St. Lucie, where involvement included public/private development collaboration and city planning tasks. Jason holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Michigan University.
