Melissa Webster

Melissa Webster is an experienced professional in the biomedical engineering field, currently serving as an Applied Scientist at MiniFAB since July 2018. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions as a Technical Product Manager and Scientific Officer at Atomo Diagnostics from September 2014 to June 2018, and worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at CSIRO from 2011 to 2014, where significant contributions were made in developing gold nanoparticle chemiresistor sensors for disease detection in biological samples in developing countries. Melissa holds a Doctor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Medical Devices, as well as a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from the University of Strathclyde.
