Eva Kienle

Eva Kienle is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group CFO at Ramboll since February 2025, Kienle also holds positions as a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee for both SCHOTT Pharma and Zumtobel Group. Previously, Kienle served as CFO at KWS Group until January 2025 and as CFO at amedes-Gruppe from 2010 to 2012. Prior financial leadership includes tenures as CFO at LR Health & Beauty Systems GmbH and Director of Accounting at Walmart Germany. Kienle's career commenced at Unilever, where a series of roles spanned from Commercial Manager to International Auditor. Kienle holds an EMBA from the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program and a BSc in International Management from ESB Business School. Early banking education was obtained at Dresdner Bank AG.
