Florian Leimeister has extensive experience in IT and project management. Florian is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology EMEA at SCHOTT Pharma since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at SCHOTT, including Head of Information Technology Pharmaceutical Systems EMEA and Senior Manager Projects & IT EMEA Pharmaceutical Systems. Florian also worked as an IT Projektleiter at Glaub GmbH from 2012 to 2015, and as an IT Projektleiter at CASE Deutschland from 2010 to 2012. Florian started their career as a Diplomand at SAP in 2010 and previously worked as an Entwickler at DLR and a Praktikant at Robert Bosch GmbH.

Florian Leimeister obtained a Diplom Informatiker (FH) in Informatik from Ostfalia - Hochgschule f. angewandte Wissenschaften from 2005 to 2010. In 2014, they received an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Additionally, Florian Leimeister is a certified project manager (GPM / IPMA Level C) from GPM/IPMA. Florian is also pursuing an Advanced Leadership certification from Management School St.Gallen, to be obtained in 2023.
