Jens Lehmann

Jens Lehmann is a seasoned professional in production management and lean methodologies, currently serving as Head of Production and Lean Manager at SCHOTT since January 2019. Responsibilities include implementing lean tools, enhancing customer-centric activities, and driving operational excellence through workshops and value stream analyses. In addition, Jens holds a position as a lecturer at TH-Bingen Gebäude 0 since September 2021. Prior to SCHOTT, Jens served as a Lean Manager at Heraeus in 2018 and contributed as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Michelin from May 2002 to December 2017, focusing on process improvements and efficiency optimizations. Jens holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from TU Dortmund University, completed between 1996 and 2002.
