Tobias Koehn

Tobias Koehn is an experienced professional in operational excellence and lean manufacturing, currently serving as a Senior Expert at SCHOTT Pharma since September 2024, and previously at SCHOTT from July 2018, where Tobias focused on developing and implementing the Manufacturing Strategy until 2025. With a strong background in lean principles gained during their tenure as a Lean Manager at IMI Bopp & Reuther, Tobias has led transformations, coaching staff on continuous improvement. Earlier roles include Plant Manager at Terex Corporation, where operational teams were effectively directed, and various positions at Acument Global Technologies, where Tobias managed lean initiatives and production optimization.
