Susan Christensen

Susan Christensen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in procurement and human resources. Since October 2017, Susan has held the role of Chief Procurement Officer and has also served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Business Unit Director at Schou, where responsibilities include HR strategy development, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee well-being initiatives. Additionally, Susan serves as a board member at IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding since May 2022. Prior roles include Business Unit Manager and Product Manager at HP SCHOU, where Susan managed significant turnover and product development, and served as Chief Representative at HP Schou Asia Ltd., overseeing daily operations in China. Susan's career also includes roles as Senior Buyer at Schou International A/S and training positions at Abena A/S and American Merchandising Corporation. Susan's education includes a Mini MBA in strategic leadership from Aros Business Academy and an HR qualification from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus.
