David Wesdijk

David Wesdijk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and digital innovation. As the Founder of Māia Insurance since January 2022, David has been instrumental in leading the organization. Concurrently, David serves as Teamleider Digitale Innovatie at Schouten Zekerheid since February 2017, having progressed through various roles including Lead Developer and Senior PHP Developer. Prior to this, David worked as a Freelance Software Developer at Favor Media from September 2013 to July 2022 and held the position of Hoofd automatisering at Retail Synergie, a telecom sector distributor, between June 2014 and May 2016. David also has managerial experience from Wesdijk B.V. as Manager E-commerce from May 2005 to April 2014, alongside an early role as a Trainee at Digisource BV. David's education includes studies at Harvard Extension School in 2015, Hogeschool Rotterdam from 2011 to 2013, and Albeda between 2007 and 2011.
