Jasper Sauer

Jasper Sauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and negotiation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Value Services at Salesforce since September 2019, Jasper supports top accounts across Health & Life Sciences, Telecommunications, and Media by developing long-term strategic visions and large-scale transformational programs. Additionally, since November 2022, Jasper has worked as a Leadership Coach and Speaker at the Schranner Negotiation Institute, assisting Global Sales Leaders in enhancing their negotiation skills. Previously, Jasper held various roles at McKinsey & Company from October 2013 to September 2019 and served as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger from June 2010 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Münster and a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Hong Kong.
