Ali Sungur

Ali Sungur currently serves as the Group Business Transformation and Change Manager at Schréder, where responsibilities include driving digitalization through the integration of a unified ERP system and promoting a transformation culture using the PROCI ADKAR change methodology since November 2019. Previously at Toyota Motor Europe from April 2014 to November 2019, Ali had a significant impact as the European Regional Commercial Manager by transitioning traditional after-market operations to modern Value Chain activities.
