Xavier Uhlen

Xavier Uhlen currently serves as the Group Audit, Risk & Sustainability Director at Schréder since February 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Internal Audit function and Enterprise Risk Management, conducting ESG materiality assessments, and developing the company's sustainability strategy. Notable achievements include aligning CO2 reduction strategies to Science-Based Targets initiative, developing an ESG reporting framework, and earning various recognitions for sustainability efforts. Prior to Schréder, Uhlen held positions at GE as an Operational Controller, Kering as Manager of Internal Audit, Bristol-Myers Squibb as EMEA Internal Control Manager, and Accenture as a Consultant. Uhlen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an Executive Certificate in Change Management & Leadership for Sustainability from HEC Paris.
