Philip Scott

Philip Scott is an experienced fund manager and real estate professional currently serving as Fund Manager and Head of Manchester at Schroders Capital since March 2023, previously holding roles at Schroders since March 2020. Philip has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having worked in various capacities at Gerald Eve from June 2016 to March 2020, Deloitte Real Estate from November 2015 to June 2016, and CBRE from April 2013 to September 2015, culminating in positions such as Associate in Capital Markets and Head of Commercial Agency. Philip began a career in real estate at Countrywide Plc from October 2010 to March 2013 as an Agency & Valuation Surveyor. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management from Northumbria University, completed from 2008 to 2012, and attended Dame Allan's Schools from 1998 to 2008.
