Faye Farrant

Faye Farrant has extensive work experience in various leadership and talent development roles. Faye is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Schroders Personal Wealth since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Schroders as the Head of Talent & Inclusion from January 2018 to October 2022. Before joining Schroders, Faye worked at PayPal, where they held positions as the Director of Talent Development & Performance from October 2015 to December 2017 and as the Director of L&OD EMEA from August 2013 to October 2015. Faye also has experience from their time at Bank of America as an LD Consultant - Banking, Markets & Wealth Management from July 2012 to July 2013, as a Leadership Development Consultant at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2009 to September 2012, and as an HR Manager at Bank of America from July 2003 to July 2009. Their career began at Merrill Lynch in April 1999, where they worked in University Relations until May 2003.

Faye Farrant has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies from The University of Manchester. Prior to that, they attended Sherborne Girls School, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
