Beata Idem

Beata Idem has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Northern CEE & Mediterranean at Schroders since August 2008, following various leadership roles including Head of Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, and Head of Poland. Prior to Schroders, Beata Idem worked at Citi from February 2005 to July 2008 in SCWM and at Deutsche Bank from June 2002 to October 2005 as a Doradca Klienta. Beata Idem's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Property Valuation from Akademia Bankowa w Gdansku, a Master of Science in Production Systems Organization from Gdańsk University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from the same university.
