Caroline Verdin

Caroline Verdin has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Compensation Manager for Deferred Awards at Schroders since September 2003, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of deferred awards globally. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a Compensation Analyst at JPMorgan from 1997 to 2003. Caroline is an alumna of Newcastle University.
